Only on the platforms
If your place exists only on Airbnb or Vrbo, it sits next to every other listing in the area, each booking comes with the platform's fees, and guests who loved last summer have no direct way to book you again.

Guests pick a cabin, a lake house or a farm stay from the photos, then want three answers before they write: how many it sleeps, what a night costs and whether their dates are free. Your site gives all three and takes bookings direct, with no platform in between.

Are those dates free, how many beds, is there a hot tub, can we bring the dog. When the site does not answer, you answer by text, one guest at a time, often while you are turning the place over for the next one.
Check-in time, the deposit and when it comes back, quiet hours, pets, what is included. When guests read these after they book, or after they arrive, you get the uncomfortable conversations. Written plainly before the request, they put off the guests your place does not suit.
What your site does
The guest picks dates on a calendar where the nights you have marked as booked show as taken, enters how many adults, children and pets are coming, and sees your nightly rates and minimum stay. They confirm they have read the house rules and send. You get one request with everything in it, and you confirm it, take the deposit your way and mark the dates as booked.
How a customer uses it
We agree what goes into your site on the 15 minute call, and the fixed price covers all of it.
Our clients so far are in Lithuania and Sweden. These are live, open them.
etservice.se
keliauksurasa.ltKeep the listings. The site adds a way to book you without a platform: guests who find you on Google, and the ones who stayed last year and want to come back. Put the link on your Google Business Profile and your social pages.
Yes. Airbnb can export your calendar as a link that other calendars read, and its help page names Vrbo and Booking.com among the sites that work this way. Your site's calendar reads that link, so nights booked there show as taken here. Bookings that come through your site, you block on the platforms as you do now.
The request itself takes no payment, so nothing is charged until you confirm. If you want deposits paid online, that is an online payment setup, and we price it by scope on the call.
A fixed price, agreed on a 15 minute call before any work starts. You pay once and the site is yours, on your own domain with SSL. The first version is free, on your phone in 2 days, and if it is not for you, you owe nothing. Get your free preview.
Not for a vacation rental, and we have no US clients so far. The closest fits are the worker housing company and the tour organizer above, which takes bookings by date. If you also host weddings or parties, our page on event venue websites covers that side. Robertas, who runs builtlit, is in the Chicago area until November 18, 2026 and happy to come see the place.
We build the first version free, in 2 days. You click around it, then decide. If it is not for you, you owe nothing.
