How our pricing works

There are no prices on this page, on purpose. A one-page site for a handyman and a site with a page for every service and an estimate tool are different jobs, so one price list works for neither. On a 15 minute call you get the exact number, fixed, before any work starts.

The short version

You know the number before we build anything, and you see a working site before you pay anything.

  • A fixed price, agreed on the 15 minute call before any work starts
  • Your first version is free, on your phone in 2 days
  • If it is not for you, you owe nothing
  • You pay once and the site is yours, on your own domain with SSL
  • The monthly care plan is optional
  • Online stores are priced by scope after a short call

What makes a site cost more or less

The price follows the amount of work, not the size of your business or the town you are in.

  • Number of pages. One page with your services, photos and a request form is the smallest job. A page for every service and every town you serve takes more.
  • Tools on the site. A booking calendar or an estimate calculator is real work, with its own logic and testing.
  • A store. A catalog, a cart and online payments make it a different job, priced by how many products you sell and how orders reach customers. See online stores.
  • Languages. A second language, like Spanish, means a second version of every page, written properly.
  • Writing. We write the first text from your call. If you already have your own text, photos and price list, there is less to write. A site with many service pages takes more writing.
  • Replacing an old site. Keeping your Google rankings with redirects is part of the job, and a big old site has more to move. See website redesign.

What is never extra

These come with every site, whatever the price:

  • The first version, even if you walk away
  • SSL, the padlock in the browser
  • The phone layout, because every site is built for phones first
  • SEO basics, with your Google Maps listing connected
  • The request form, with messages that reach you right away

After we agree on a price

The fixed price covers the work we agreed on the call, and it does not change. If you later want something new, like a booking tool or a second language, we tell you the price first and you decide. Nothing new shows up on an invoice that you did not say yes to.

Why the exact number comes on the call

A “from” price on a web page rarely matches the site you actually need. A 15 minute call does. We learn what you do, what you charge and how customers reach you, and you leave with a fixed price and a timeline. Then we build your first version free, so you judge the work before you spend anything. Get your free preview.

Questions owners ask

Why don't you list prices?

Because the honest number depends on your site: how many pages, which tools, whether you sell online. You get a fixed price on a 15 minute call, before any work starts, and it does not change unless you ask for more.

Do I pay anything before I see the site?

No. The first version is free. You see it on your phone in 2 days and decide. If you go ahead, you pay the fixed price we agreed on the call, once.

Is there a monthly fee?

Only if you want the care plan, which is optional. It covers hosting and SSL, updates and backups, and changes when you need them. Without it, the site is still yours and keeps working.

How is an online store priced?

By scope, after a short call: how many products, the options on each, and how orders get to customers. You get a fixed price before any work starts.

What about my domain name?

If you already own one, the site goes live on it. If you do not, we help you pick one on the call. Domain names are registered with a registrar and renewed every year, and we tell you up front what that involves.

Can the price change after we agree?

Not for the work we agreed. If you later want something new, like a booking tool or a second language, we price it first and you decide.
