builtlit is the US name of built.lt, a small web studio. We are Robertas Mickus and Arminas Karmazinas, and we build websites for local businesses. We build the first version free, in 2 days, and then you decide.
Who we are
Robertas Mickus runs the studio. The company is Mickus.ai, run under a Lithuanian individual-activity certificate. Arminas Karmazinas is his partner. There is no account manager between you and the work: the people you talk to are the people who build your site. So far, all our clients are in Lithuania and Sweden. builtlit.com is how we now work with businesses in the US. Robertas is in the Chicago area until November 18, 2026 and happy to meet in person.
How we work
We work remotely, the same way we already do with clients in Lithuania and Sweden: a call, a link to a working site, and your notes in a message. You see the work before you pay for it. What we do not do
- No templates. Every site is built for the business it belongs to.
- No lock-in. You pay once and the site is yours, on your own domain.
- No long contracts. The monthly care plan is optional, and without it the site keeps working.
- No ranking guarantees. Nobody can honestly promise page one of Google, so we do not.
- No made-up reviews. Every review we show is real, quoted word for word and translated from Lithuanian.
