Cleaning company websites that start with bedrooms and baths

People choose a cleaner on two things: whether they trust you in their home, and how easy it is to get a price. Your site answers both, with who comes and what a clean covers, and a request that already has the bedrooms and baths, the schedule and the start date.

Where it goes wrong today

1

A price question with no house attached

"How much for a cleaning?" depends on bedrooms, bathrooms, pets and how long it has been since the last deep clean. A form with a name and a message box means writing back with questions, and some people never answer the second email.

2

Weekly clients wait in line with one-time jobs

A move-out clean and a customer who wants you every other Thursday are very different work for your schedule. When the site sends both to the same blank form, your best requests sit in the same pile as everything else until you read them all.

3

Nothing about who walks in the door

People hand your team a key or a door code, often while they are at work. If the site does not say who comes, whether it is the same person each visit, and what insurance you carry, they keep looking until a site does.

What your site does

A recurring cleaning request with the home and the dates in it

The visitor starts with how often: weekly, every two weeks, monthly or one time. Then the home: bedrooms, bathrooms, a rough square footage and any pets. Then a start date and the days that suit them. You get one message you can price from, and recurring requests are marked, so they do not get buried under one-time jobs.

How a customer uses it

  1. Pick how often: weekly, every two weeks, monthly, or a one-time deep clean or move-out.
  2. Describe the home: bedrooms, bathrooms, rough square feet, and pets if any.
  3. Choose a start date and the days that work, and add extras like the inside of the oven or the fridge.
  4. Send. It arrives right away, with recurring requests marked so you can answer those first.

What your site can include

  • Recurring request with frequency, home size, pets and start date
  • A room-by-room list of what a standard clean covers, and what costs extra
  • Separate pages for house cleaning, deep cleans, move-outs and offices, if you do them
  • Who your cleaners are, and whether the same team comes each time
  • Insurance and bonding written out, and background checks only if you run them
  • How keys, door codes and pets are handled when nobody is home
  • Your service area by town or zip code
  • A few Google reviews quoted exactly as written, with a link to the rest

We agree what goes into your site on the 15 minute call, and the fixed price covers all of it.

Sites we built that work the same way

Our clients so far are in Lithuania and Sweden. These are live, open them.

ET Bostäder & Boende website on a phoneetservice.seET Bostäder & Boende Worker housing, SwedenWorker housing in Sweden, not cleaning. The request works the way a recurring cleaning request should: where, how many people, for how long and what standard. They reply with an offer that has the price and the terms, and after that agree a move-in date and one contact person for every question.
Gitanos gėlės website on a phonegitanosgeles.ltGitanos gėlės Flower stand, KaunasA flower stand in Kaunas. Small, medium and large bouquets each have a price on the page, and the order form asks the occasion, the size, the colors and when it will be collected, then writes the text message for the customer to send. A cleaning request runs on the same idea: a home size, a schedule and a start date.

Questions owners ask

Should I put prices on my cleaning website?

It is your call. Starting prices by home size help people decide to ask, and the form can show them as the visitor picks bedrooms and bathrooms. If you would rather price each home yourself, the form still collects what you need to reply with a number.

Can customers book a time slot right on the site?

The site takes a request with a start date and the days that work, and you confirm the time. That keeps your route in your hands. If you already use scheduling software with online booking for regular clients, the site can link to it.

What should I say about insurance and background checks?

Only what is true, in plain words. If you carry liability insurance or are bonded, say so and offer the certificate. If you run background checks, say who runs them and on whom, and if you do not, leave the subject out rather than hint at it. Our guide on cleaning business websites has more.

How is the price for the website set?

On a 15 minute call about what you clean and how customers reach you. You leave with a fixed price and a timeline before any work starts, and you pay once. The first version is free, built in 2 days, and you owe nothing if you pass on it.

Have you built a website for a cleaning company?

Not a cleaning company yet, and we have no US clients. Our clients are in Lithuania and Sweden. The closest are the two above: a worker housing company that sets up ongoing stays from a short request, and a florist whose order form runs on size and time. Robertas, who runs builtlit, is in the Chicago area until November 18, 2026 and can meet in person.
