Facebook and Instagram ads that get noticed

We make ads that get noticed in the feed, choose who sees them, connect the Meta Pixel so you can count the requests they bring, and refresh them every month. The ad account stays in your business's name.

Where Facebook ads fit, and where they don't

Someone searching Google already wants what you sell. Someone scrolling Facebook or Instagram was not looking for you at all, so the picture and the first line have a moment to make them stop. That is why Meta ads suit businesses you can show: a salon, a restaurant or cafe, a flower shop, an event venue, anything people decide on with their eyes. They also suit offers with a date on them: the start of a season, a new service, an opening, a sale, open slots this week. Nobody types those into Google, because they don't know about them yet.

  • A good fit: businesses whose work looks good in a photo or a short video, and offers with a date or a reason to act now
  • Not the place to start: emergency services and narrow business-to-business work. When a pipe bursts, people search Google, so Google Ads come first and Meta can help later with name recognition
  • If we think Facebook ads won't pay off for your business, we tell you on the call

What's included

One ad is a guess. Several different ads running side by side show you what actually works.

  • Ads made for your business. Pictures and text written for you, not pulled from a template bank, with a few different angles for every launch instead of one “pretty” version
  • Material from your own business. A simple phone video from your shop, salon or kitchen often works best. We tell you what to film and how, so you don't need a film crew
  • Audiences. Who sees the ads: by town, age and interests, plus people who already visited your website or engaged with your page
  • Meta Pixel and tracking. The ads are connected to your website, so you see how many requests they brought, not just how many people saw them
  • A second message for warm visitors. People who opened your site but didn't call already know you. They see a separate ad, not the same one again
  • Monthly upkeep and a report. Every month we refresh the ads, move the budget to what works and send a report without marketing jargon: how much was spent, how many requests came in, what one request cost

What you pay, and to whom

There are two separate bills, and we keep them separate. One combined number sounds simpler, but then you can't tell how much went into the ads.

  • The ad budget goes to Meta. You pay it from your own ad account with your own card. You set the daily amount and can change it any time
  • Our fee covers the ads, the audiences and the monthly upkeep. It is agreed on the first call, before any work starts. It is not a percentage of your ad budget, and there is no long contract
  • A website or a landing page, if the ads need one. That is a separate fixed price, agreed the same way. See how our pricing works

We test your form before any money is spent

Ad money most often goes missing after the click: on the page the ad sends people to, and usually in a form that looks fine but never sends anything. The budget gets spent, people arrive, some even fill in the form, and you spend months thinking the ads don't work. So before we switch a campaign on, we fill in your form ourselves and check that the message actually reaches you. It takes five minutes, and it is the only way to know. If your current site is the weak link, the free website checker is a good place to start.

How it works

  1. A call about your customer and your offer. In the feed you compete with photos of people's friends, not with other businesses like yours, so the offer has to be specific.
  2. We make several different ads: a different photo, a different first line, a different offer. Nobody knows in advance which one will work, which is why there are several.
  3. Tracking before launch. We connect the Meta Pixel, mark requests and calls, and check that your form really sends. Only then does the budget go on.
  4. All the ads run at the same time and compete. Meta shows fairly quickly which one gets attention for the least money.
  5. We keep what brings requests and replace what has worn out. The same picture shown to the same people stops working after a while, so refreshing the ads is part of the job.

Questions owners ask

What do Facebook and Instagram ads cost?

Two separate parts. The ad budget, which you pay to Meta directly, choose yourself and can change any time. And our fee for making and looking after the ads, agreed on the first call before any work starts. It is not a percentage of your budget, and there is no long contract.

How much ad budget do I need?

Enough to get a real number of views and clicks every week. Without that, neither Meta nor we can tell which ad is better. We give you a figure after the first call, once we know your town, the size of your audience and what you sell. A steady picture of what one request costs usually takes 2 to 4 weeks.

Facebook ads or Google Ads: which is better for me?

They do different jobs. Google catches people who are already searching for your service. Facebook and Instagram show you to people who are not searching yet but are your kind of customer. Often both together work best, but it makes sense to start with the one that fits how your business gets customers. How we run them: search ads on Google.

Do I need a Facebook page or an Instagram account?

You need a Facebook page for your business, and linking your Instagram account lets the ads run under your Instagram name too. If you don't have them, or they have been left alone for years, we help you set them up: cover photo, description, contact details and a button to your website. You can run ads on Instagram only, Facebook only, or both.

Who owns the ad account?

You do. We suggest setting up the Meta business account and the page in your business's name and giving us partner access. If we ever stop working together, the account, the Pixel and everything it has collected stay with you.

Have you run ads for businesses in the US?

Not yet. The ads we have made so far were for clients in Lithuania, and built.lt also finds its own clients there through Meta ads, using the same rules we use for clients: several ads at once and every request tagged by campaign. The home page shows some of the ads we made for clients, in Lithuanian.
