Roofing websites that show you the roof first

Homeowners rarely know what kind of roof they have, and after a storm they hear from a lot of roofers at once. Your site will show your license and your own roofs up front, and takes an inspection request that arrives with photos and the roof details.

Where it goes wrong today

1

Lost in the crowd after a hailstorm

The week after hail, homeowners get flyers, door knocks and calls from crews they have never heard of. Then they look a few roofers up. A site with no license number, no local phone number and not one roof in their town looks a lot like the truck that just pulled out of their driveway.

2

A dripping ceiling and a spring replacement in one inbox

A ceiling that is dripping right now needs a call back today. A homeowner pricing a new roof for next spring can wait a week. A plain contact form makes both look the same, and you only find out which is which when you call.

3

"Some shingles came off"

Most homeowners cannot tell you the roof type, how old it is or how bad it looks up close, and they should not climb up to find out. Without photos, that message could be a small patch or a full tear-off, and the only way to know is to drive out.

What your site does

An inspection request that sorts storm damage from routine work

The first question is what brought them here: storm damage, a leak, or planned work like a new roof or gutters. A leak with water coming in right now puts your number first, with a line on whether you do emergency tarping. Everything else goes to a short form about the roof itself, with photos the homeowner can take from the ground. You read one message and know whether it is a repair, an insurance job or a quote for a replacement.

How a customer uses it

  1. Choose storm damage, a leak, or planned work such as a new roof, a repair or gutters.
  2. Answer what they can: the roof type if they know it, a rough age, how many stories, and whether insurance is involved.
  3. Add photos from the street, the backyard and the attic. The form asks them plainly not to go up on the roof.
  4. Enter the address and send. It comes to you right away, marked storm, leak or planned.

What your site can include

  • Your license number and the name on it, in the footer of every page
  • Inspection request with roof type, age, stories, insurance and photos
  • A storm damage page, ready before the season, with a top line that is easy to change
  • Insurance written out, with a line offering a certificate on request
  • Roof gallery by town, with the material and shingle color under each job
  • Your workmanship warranty explained apart from the manufacturer's
  • Separate pages for replacements, repairs, gutters and storm work
  • SEO basics and Google Maps, on a domain you own, with SSL

We agree what goes into your site on the 15 minute call, and the fixed price covers all of it.

Sites we built that work the same way

Our clients so far are in Lithuania and Sweden. These are live, open them.

Modernūs Sprendimai website on a phonemodernussprendimai.ltModernūs Sprendimai Aluminium terrace roofsAluminum terrace roofs, carports, verandas and pergolas, made to measure in Lithuania. Not shingle roofing. What carries over: the quote form starts with which structure the customer needs, the steps from a free measuring visit to an exact price are written out, and the page says replies come within 1 business day, with a phone number for anything urgent.

Each finished job in the gallery carries the year and the area it was built in, the way a roofer's gallery can carry the town and the shingle under every roof. The site is in Lithuanian.

Questions owners ask

Should my site say anything about insurance claims?

Yes, but only what you actually do: inspect, photograph the damage, write the estimate, and meet the adjuster if you offer that. The insurance company decides what the policy covers, and the site should say so. Leave deductibles out of it entirely, since some states have rules on that. Our guide on roofing company websites goes through the wording.

Can homeowners send photos without getting on a ladder?

That is how the form is written. It asks for the roof from the street and from the backyard, anything that landed in the yard, and the stain on the ceiling or in the attic. Photos go in straight from the phone and reach you with the request.

Storm work comes and goes. What does the site do in a quiet year?

The storm page waits until it is needed. The rest of the year the site leads with replacements, repairs and gutters, and the gallery grows as you send us photos of finished roofs. On the optional care plan, we make those changes for you.

How much does a roofing website cost?

You get a fixed price on a 15 minute call, before we start. You pay once and own it, on your own domain with SSL. The first version is built free in 2 days, and if you decide against it, you owe nothing. Get your free preview.

Have you built a site for a roofer before?

Not for a roofer, and we have no US clients yet. Our clients are in Lithuania and Sweden, and the closest fits are the terrace roof maker and the deck builder above. Robertas, who runs builtlit, is in the Chicago area until November 18, 2026 and can meet you in person.
