Is your website bringing in calls?

Type your address. We open your site the way a customer's phone does, run Google's own speed test, and tell you in plain English what keeps it from bringing in more calls.

Free, no email needed. Takes 20 to 50 seconds.

What the report checks and why.

First we check that the site loads at all. A domain that leads nowhere, a parked or "Coming Soon" page, or an address that goes to Facebook is reported first, because nothing else matters until that is fixed. Then seven areas, each scored from 0 to 100:

20% of the grade

Getting calls

A tap-to-call phone link, a quote or contact form on the home page or your contact page, and a link to your Google listing or reviews.

15% of the grade

Phone fit

Whether the page is set up for phone screens, how long the main content takes to show on a phone, and whether the layout jumps while it loads. Google measures the timings; we compare them with Google's own targets.

25% of the grade

Speed

Google's Lighthouse speed score on an emulated phone, the time until anything shows, and how long the page is frozen while it loads.

20% of the grade

Google search

Google's own search check, averaged with ours: the page title, the search description, local business data, one main heading and the link preview.

10% of the grade

Trust and security

HTTPS, insecure files on a secure page, and how old the year in your footer is.

5% each

Accessibility and best practices

Google's Lighthouse scores, with the page language, image descriptions and the browser tab icon as examples you can act on.

How the scores work

  • 90+good
  • 50 to 89needs work
  • 0 to 49poor

The overall score weighs the seven areas as shown above. We only read the public page, the way a browser does. Nothing on your site is changed, and you can check any address, including a competitor's.
