Google search ads, measured in calls

We set up, launch and look after Google Ads campaigns, so your ad shows to people who are searching for your service right now. Results are measured in calls and requests, not clicks, so you can see what your budget actually brought in.

When Google Ads pay off, and when they don't

They pay off when people already search Google for what you do. Then the ad simply puts you in front of someone who has decided to buy. They don't pay off when nobody is searching: no campaign can create searches that nobody types. Google Ads work best for urgent, need-it-now services. Someone with a car that won't start or a burst pipe is not looking for inspiration. They are looking for whoever picks up, so what counts is showing up first with a phone number they can tap.

  • A good fit: auto repair shops, plumbers and electricians, dentists, vets, roofing and window contractors, lawyers
  • Better on Facebook and Instagram: things people don't search for on purpose, like a new service, a sale, an event, a gift or a beauty treatment. See Facebook and Instagram ads
  • If we see that Google Ads won't pay for themselves in your case, we tell you straight

What's included

Everything below is part of the monthly management, whatever the size of your budget.

  • Keyword research. What your customers actually type into Google, what a click costs in your field and how many searches there are each month. That decides whether ads make sense at all
  • Negative keywords. We block searches that eat the budget and bring nothing, like “free”, “DIY” and “jobs”. Without this list, a lot of the first month's budget can go to the wrong searches
  • Ads and campaigns. We write the ads, set up the campaign structure and set the budgets so clicks turn into calls
  • Local targeting. How far from you and at what hours the ads show. A repair shop has no reason to pay for a click from across the state or at three in the morning
  • Conversion tracking. Taps on your phone number and sent forms are recorded as conversions, so you see how many requests each campaign brought
  • Monthly upkeep and a report. Every month we check what works, switch off what doesn't and send a report in plain words: how much was spent, how many requests came in, what one request cost

What you pay, and to whom

There are two bills and we always keep them apart. With one combined number, you can't see how much went into ads and how much went to the agency.

  • The ad budget goes to Google. You pay it with your own card, from an ad account in your business's name, and you can see the exact amount any time. You set an average daily budget and can change or pause it whenever you like. Google explains that a campaign can spend up to twice that amount on a busy day, but over a month no more than 30.4 times the daily budget
  • Our fee is a fixed monthly fee for running the campaigns. It is agreed on the first call, before any work starts, it is the same whatever your budget, and there is no long contract
  • A website, if you don't have one that works. That is a separate fixed price. See how our pricing works

Ads that land on a weak page waste the budget

Google charges for the click, not for whether the visitor could use the page they landed on. If the site doesn't fit a phone, the number is hard to find or the form doesn't send, that click is already paid for. So before launch we check that your call button and your form really work. If your site is the weak point, we suggest fixing it first, and you can see where it stands with the free website checker. When the same people build the site and run the ads, nobody has to argue about whose side the problem is on.

Google Ads or SEO

Ads bring visitors today. SEO is slower: the changes that move rankings can take months, as our article on how long local SEO takes explains. The difference is simple: ads stop working the day you turn off the budget, while a place you have earned in the search results keeps working. If you need calls now, start with ads, and at the same time work on what brings free visitors: a good website, a complete Google Business Profile and real Google reviews.

How it works

  1. A call about your goals: how many requests a month you want and what a new customer is worth to you. A cost per request that is fine for a large job is a loss on a small one.
  2. Keywords and real prices. We collect the searches people use to find businesses like yours and tell you what a click really costs in your field, before you commit. If the numbers don't work, it is better to find out now than after a month.
  3. Tracking before launch. We connect conversion tracking and check that the call button and the form really work.
  4. Launch: campaigns, ads and extra lines with your phone number and services. We usually have it ready within a week, and the ads start showing once Google has reviewed them, which Google says most often takes one business day.
  5. Improve. The first weeks show which keywords bring calls and which only bring clicks. We move the budget to where requests cost the least and cut what doesn't pay for itself.

Questions owners ask

What does Google Ads cost?

Two separate parts. The budget you pay Google for clicks, which you choose yourself and can change any time. And our fixed monthly fee for setting up and running the campaigns, agreed on the first call before any work starts, the same whatever your budget. There is no long contract.

Do I pay every time my ad is shown?

No. On Google search ads you pay for clicks, not for views: the ad can show hundreds of times and the bill only grows when someone clicks. The price of a click is set in an auction and differs a lot between fields and towns. You see the real price for your field in the keyword research, before anything goes live.

What is the smallest budget that works?

We don't set a fixed minimum, but the budget has to buy at least a few dozen clicks a month. With fewer, there is nothing to judge what works by. The exact figure depends on what a click costs in your field, and we tell you after the keyword research.

Who owns the Google Ads account?

You do. We suggest opening it in your business's name and giving us access. The account, the campaign history and the conversion data stay with you, not with us. You can pause the budget yourself any time, and seasonal businesses can simply switch the ads on before the season and off after it.

When will I see results?

The ads start showing as soon as Google approves them. A real picture of what one call or request costs takes 2 to 4 weeks, because that is how long it takes for enough data to build up. Only then is changing the campaign based on facts rather than guesses.

Have you run ads for businesses in the US?

Not yet. Our ad clients so far are businesses in Lithuania. Google Ads works the same way in the US, with the ads limited to the towns you serve, and because the account is in your name, you can see everything we do in it.

Find out what Google Ads would cost you.

Tell us what you do and where. On a short call we tell you whether ads are likely to pay off for you and what our part costs. After the keyword research you also know what a click costs in your field, all before you commit to anything.

Phone or email, whichever you prefer. One is enough.

We use this only to contact you about your request. Privacy
