HVAC websites for the night the furnace quits

When the furnace quits at night, people search on a phone and want two things fast: a number to call and a sign that you come to their town. Your site shows both on the first screen and takes the request when you cannot pick up.

Where it goes wrong today

1

The phone number is hard to find

When the number sits inside a header image or in small print at the bottom, someone standing in a cold house will not hunt for it. They go back to the search results and tap the next company.

2

Emergency calls from outside your area

A no heat search pulls in people from towns you do not drive to. Each of those calls takes a few minutes to turn down, often while you are in an attic on another job. A site that never says where you work invites them.

3

"AC not working, call me"

A message with no address, no symptoms and no unit details means you call back just to ask the basics. By the time you reach them, they may have booked someone else. Tune-up requests and real emergencies also land looking exactly the same.

What your site does

A no heat, no AC request with a zip code check

The first screen asks what is wrong. No heat and no AC open an urgent path with a big call button and a short form for when you cannot answer. Before they send, the zip code shows whether you cover their town. Tune-ups and replacement quotes go to a calmer form that can wait for office hours.

How a customer uses it

  1. Tap No heat, No AC, or Something else, like a tune-up or a quote for a new system.
  2. Enter a zip code and see right away whether you service that area.
  3. Call with one tap, or send the address, what the system is doing and a photo of the label on the unit.
  4. The request reaches you right away, marked urgent or not, so you know who to call back first.

What your site can include

  • Tap-to-call button that stays on screen on a phone
  • Urgent and routine requests kept apart, with the urgent ones marked
  • Service area by town and zip code, written out on the page
  • Your real hours, including whether you take night and weekend calls
  • License, insurance and the equipment brands you install, near the top
  • Separate pages for heating, cooling, new installs and tune-ups
  • Maintenance plan and financing details, if you offer them
  • Google Maps and the SEO basics, on your own domain with SSL

We agree what goes into your site on the 15 minute call, and the fixed price covers all of it.

Sites we built that work the same way

Our clients so far are in Lithuania and Sweden. These are live, open them.

DSV technika website on a phonedsvtechnika.ltDSV technika Excavation, Vilnius · in LithuanianAn excavation company in Vilnius, not HVAC. What carries over: a call button on every screen, a status line that switches between "working, call us" and "outside working hours, leave a request" based on their hours, a confirmation that says whether they will call back today or the next working day, and the villages they cover written out. The site is in Lithuanian.

Questions owners ask

I do not answer calls at night. Will the site make it look like I do?

No. The site shows your real hours, and after hours the urgent path says when you will call back, or gives your emergency number if you have one. The request still reaches you right away, so it is waiting when you start your day.

Can people see whether I cover their town before they call?

Yes. You give us your towns and zip codes, and the form checks the zip code before anything is sent. Inside your area the request goes through. Outside it, they see a short note and can look for someone closer.

Can the site help with tune-ups and maintenance plans too?

It can explain them: what a visit includes, how often, and how to sign up with a request. In the fall you might want furnace tune-ups first on the homepage, and in spring the AC. On the optional care plan, changes like that are part of what we do for you.

What does it cost?

A fixed price, agreed on a 15 minute call before any work starts. You pay once and the site is yours, on your own domain with SSL. The first version is free, on your phone in 2 days, and if it is not for you, you owe nothing.

Have you built a site for an HVAC company before?

Not for an HVAC company, and we have no US clients yet. Our clients are in Lithuania and Sweden, and the closest fit is the excavation company above, which also runs on calls from people nearby. Robertas, who runs builtlit, is in the Chicago area until November 18, 2026 and happy to meet in person.
